Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our Oregon warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
